The Role: Associate Director
As an Associate Director at Barrington James, you'll play a vital role in supporting business development, team building, and financial management. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support:
- Assist in financial oversight, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
- Contribute to sound financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Sales Assistance:
- Support the promotion of Barrington James services, aiding in attracting new clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Work closely with senior leadership to learn and demonstrate excellence in personal production.
Talent Development:
- Contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in sales and recruitment.
- Learn and provide support in guiding teams, setting expectations, and motivating individuals for success.
Leadership Exposure:
- Gain exposure to leadership initiatives within the company.
- Support the development of the Barrington James brand through involvement in strategic initiatives and public relations.
Global Collaboration:
- Engage in global initiatives, learning and contributing to best practices across locations.
- Collaborate with teams worldwide to strengthen the Barrington James brand.
