Work the vast American Life Science & Pharmaceutical market and collaborate with our NYC and North Carolina offices, whilst benefitting from a much more convenient commute to our Global HQ in Crawley. Will Backshall, Team Sales Manager, had a monumentally successful first year within the business, securing the coveted Performer of the Year title and finishing his first year at over 230% of his budget. The team boasts multiple global top billers and regularly maintains the highest billing figures across the globe.
The US function offer unique flexibility in working hours, giving you mornings free to spend how you like, before starting work at 12:00 and finishing at 21:00 (18:30 on a Friday). Barrington James prioritise face-to-face meetings and this opportunity rewards consistent billers with client meetings and conferences in the States.

• £50k - £80k OTE comprised of a flexible salary structure

Expectations:
• 12+ months in recruitment OR 12+ months in proactive sales
• Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high-calibre industry
• Target driven and self-motivated with innate resilience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient mathematical capability
• Eloquent phone manner
Role responsibilities:
• Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for mid-to-senior level vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging, niche companies
