Role Overview:

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to outreach and connect with Life Science candidates (professional personnel), understand their wants and needs and helping place the right professional into the right company and role. You will be in charge of the candidate side of the recruitment process, from outreach and interview to job offer. A successful Recruitment Resourcer can build rapport quickly with candidates and maintain it through a professional and beneficial relationship.

UKUS Role:

Work the vast and extremely lucrative American Life Science & Pharmaceutical market and collaborate with our New York City and North Carolina offices, whilst benefitting from a much more convenient commute to our Global HQ in Crawley. The UKUS team boasts multiple global top billers and regularly maintains the highest billing figures across the globe.

The US function offers unique flexibility in working hours, giving you mornings free to spend how you like, before starting work at 12:00pm and finishing at 21:00pm (18:30pm on a Friday).

  • Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates for vacancies across your vertical within the Pharmaceutical sector
