As an experienced Recruiting Consultant, your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and placing professionals in full-time direct hire positions. In this role, you will steer successful business development, client management, and recruitment strategies through highly effective client and candidate engagement.

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND IS:

• Life Sciences/Pharma experience
• Self-confidence, perseverance, and excellent communication skills
• Competitive drive, whether on the field, court, track, or the Monopoly board at your dining table
• Strong sense of urgency
• Consistent desire to continuously improve and learn

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Drive permanent placement revenue within a unique vertical
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities and negotiate terms with client companies
• Consult with client companies on effective recruitment hiring strategies and solutions
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Lead clients and candidates through the interview, salary negotiations, and post-hire transition.
